Upon the graduation from the law school in 2002, in 2004 she already became a qualified lawyer after passing the bar exam. She has seven years of experience in various aspects of law. Among her clients there are insurance companies, transport/logistics and trading companies, property developers and international companies.

Ms. Martynova’s practice primary focuses on insurance law. That includes from a basic policy evaluation and helping a client to select an insurance carrier to providing legal assistance after the insured event has occurred, i.e. documents collection and settlement negotiations.

Ms. Martynova’s practice also includes bankruptcy litigation, that includes legal representation of either a debtor or a creditor. Ms. Martynova was quite successful in collecting debt including interest and fees.

Ms. Martynova also has a vast practice in consumer protection regulations.
